TaskOrbiter subscriptions can be cancelled at any time in your Workspace settings and you will continue to have access to the features of your previous plan level until the end of your billing cycle.
As stated in our Terms & Conditions, for paid accounts, we provide a satisfaction guarantee for all of our services. If you aren’t satisfied for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days, and we’ll be happy to issue a full refund. Kindly note, however, that we reserve the right to revoke refund privileges (on an individual basis) if we determine abuse of this policy has occurred.
We also provide refunds in the event that you are unable to use or access our service for a prolonged period as a result of a technical issue. In this case, please contact us within a reasonable period of time.
